"...My body is not me. It is the container for my soul. I co-inhabit with this beautiful gift from nature, my body, as long as I am alive. My body knows my consciousness intimately well – yet I am clueless about the awareness that my body has. Easily I think we are the same consciousness, and we are not.
In another example, my body knows when I can’t handle any more bad news. It takes the negative emotional energy and stores it for a time when I can sort it through and hopefully release it. Meanwhile, I want to be a good person, so I tell myself and others that I had no problems forgiving this person or putting a bad experience behind me. Simultaneously, my body is dealing with all the pain from this situation that I can’t handle. This negativity is making the body’s job of keeping me healthy harder. I am completely unaware that there is even negative energy that I have not addressed.
While I watch TV, my body is running my organs, circulatory system, digestive system metabolic process, and so much more. I am unaware.
The Russian biophysicist and molecular biologist Pjotr Garjajev discovered that DNA stores data like a computer’s memory system. Not only that, but our genetic code uses grammar rules and syntax in a way that closely mirrors the human language! The structuring of DNA-alkaline pairs follows a “grammar” pattern. Are words verbalizations of our DNA? Does my body understand English?
The team discovered that spoken words could change living DNA. They transmitted information from one DNA to another: they transformed frog embryos into salamander embryos from sound alone.
This is why affirmations and hypnosis are such a powerful influence on us.
Our DNA responds to language. [i] Does my body listen in on my statements? When I say over and over that “I am sick and tired”, does it deliver to me what I ordered?
It is finally dawning on me that my body is more conscious and aware than I am. My body understands things, more complex stuff than I know about. My body works for me all the time, tirelessly working to remain in perfect health. Yet, how eagerly I complain about being fat, my eyebrows are crooked, or ankles are fat. I don’t even have kind things to say to this tireless and loving friend, that I never thank.
Now I am more aware. I know my body is conscious, separately from me. And I have no better friend in the whole world...

MOON RINGS -- 'AUREOLES' VS. 'CORONAS': Sometimes the best thing about a bright full Moon is what goes on around it. Last night in Pennsylvania, Dave Mitsky photographed this beautiful moon-ring:
The correct name is "lunar aureole," cousin to the better-known lunar corona. Aureoles and coronas are caused by water droplets in clouds. When the droplets are a jumble of different sizes, they produce a straw-colored ring--an aureole. When the droplets are all of the same size they produce a rainbow-colored ring--a corona. Look for both tonight.

MINOR GEOMAGNETIC STORM WATCH: Another solar wind stream is heading for Earth. It is flowing from a canyon-like hole in the sun's atmosphere. First contact with the stream on Feb. 14th could cause a minor G1-class geomagnetic storm with Arctic auroras for Valentine's Day.
POLAR STRATOSPHERIC CLOUDS AT NIGHT: Unusual weather in the stratosphere has set the stage for a rare nighttime apparition of polar stratospheric clouds (PSCs). Marianne Bergli photographed the display last night in Kilpisjervi, Finland:
"The PSCs were even more colorful than auroras," says Bergli. "The full Moon lit them beautifully."
This is rare. Normally, Earth's stratosphere has no clouds at all. Only when the temperature drops to a staggeringly-low -85 C can widely-spaced water molecules assemble into icy Type II PSCs. During a typical polar winter, sky watchers might see them no more than once or twice, almost always during the day when bright sunlight causes their colors to blossom.
Nighttime displays are doubly rare because the clouds must coincide with a bright Moon to make them visible in full color. Tonight is such a night!
"I have seen more PSCs this winter than I have seen before in all my life," says Fredrik Broms of Kvaløya, Norway, a well-known aurora photographer who has been carefully watching the Arctic sky for decades. This is what he saw on Feb. 11th:
"The PSCs were truly amazing," he says. "Since mid-January 2025, I have seen these colorful clouds weekly or every second week."
According to NASA's MERRA2 climate model, the polar stratosphere has been exceptionally cold this winter with temperatures dropping to near 45-year lows. The reason might be the stratospheric polar vortex. This winter's vortex has been strong, keeping cold air bottled up over the Arctic Circle.
Springtime dynamics could soon upset that cold air mass. Until then, Arctic sky watchers should remain alert for PSCs--even at night. They're the most beautiful clouds on Earth.

How to avoid arrest, incarceration and violent interactions with government agents in order to increase probability of safety and survival.

Combine with peaceful non-compliance strategies.
Understand that you are in a state of war. No one cares about your ‘rights.’
Decide how far you will go and stick to it.
Avoid police. Ghost police. Do not answer door to police. They have KPIs and are there to entrap you.
Avoid committing multiple infractions at once.
Maintain composure while engaging in non-compliance activities (not wearing a mask) - avoid confrontation. You do not need to talk to people, even if they are screaming at you. Move away from them.
Avoid going to hospital at all costs. Do not allow anyone to go to hospital alone.
Understand that the government is captured.
Understand that your family and neighbours are afraid and will turn you in to save themselves. Expect betrayal.
Prepare to lose everything for not complying.
Find God.
Have a local support network.
Always have an exit strategy.
Minimise interactions with the government at all times.
Delete social media or only post banal things to keep up appearances.
Use humour and satire/memes to mock rather than violence.
United noncompliance is the only way to effect change, if any change is possible.
Everyone who caves makes the lives of everyone who resists more dangerous and difficult.
Delusional thinking will get you killed:
“I can convince the police of my rights!”
“The white hat military will save us.”
“Safe and effective.”
Drop people who are a liability.
Understand that everything in the media is deliberate, scripted, and everyone on TV is an actor. Everyone.
Multiple things can be true at once that seemingly contradict each other because this is how they have designed things to be.
People in your personal life and in the media will not have good faith arguments.
If you can break fear and earthly hero worship they can no longer control you.
When an Emergency is declared there is only the Emergency. It takes on a life of its own. It will not end even if mass murder occurs. It will end when they decide it ends.
This is a war of attrition. You will suffer depression, doubt, isolation, and chronic mental stress and trauma.
Get sober. You do not want your judgement clouded by alcohol or pharmaceuticals. You do not want to suffer withdrawal in prison or isolation/incarceration or if supply chains are interrupted or collapse.
Avoid unnecessary risky behaviours – speeding, risky sexual encounters, drugs, fighting, etc. People tend to do these things when under social and mental stress but it increases risk of contact with authorities/government.
Always be aware of your surroundings and who is around you. Do not wear headphones in public and watch people’s hands. If someone is behaving erratically, move away from them. You are not obligated to engage with people during a state of war. You do not owe them your interaction.
You cannot comply with the system and then expect it to bail you out down the track. There will be no ‘do overs.’ There is only one shot to resist.

8. There are no shortages of groceries in the supermarkets, but there are many things missing when you do go...
9. The virus has no effect on children, except for those it affects...
10. Animals are not affected, but there is still a cat that tested positive in Belgium...
11. You will have many symptoms when you are sick, but you can also get sick without symptoms, have symptoms without being sick, or be contagious without having symptoms... Just punt...
12. In order not to get sick, you have to eat well and exercise. Eat whatever you have on hand, unless you have no food on hand...
13. It’s better to get some fresh air. Don’t go to parks or walk anywhere. Maybe sit down to breathe...
14. You can’t go into retirement homes, but you have to take care of the elderly who live there...
15. If you are sick, you can’t go out. You can go to the pharmacy, but only if you are not well...
16. You can get restaurant food delivered to the house, but you have to have your store groceries decontaminated...
17. Every disturbing article or disturbing interview starts with "I don’t want to trigger panic, but…”
18. You can’t visit your mother or grandmother, but you can take a taxi and meet an older taxi driver...
19. You can walk with a friend, but not with your family. Especially if they live under the same roof...
20. You are safe if you maintain the appropriate social distance. But you can’t go anywhere...
21. The virus remains active on different surfaces for two hours. But not necessarily...
22. The virus lives in the air. Or no, or yes, or maybe. Especially in a closed room...
23. We would count the number of deaths, but we don’t know how many people are infected... But that’s what they will die of anyway…
